Brand voices

For anyone who posts as more than one voice: themselves, and a company page or a client.

Add a brand voice once, then switch between you and the brand in one click.
  1. Open Voice and scroll to Brand voices. Click Add brand, type the name (e.g. "Zima Media") and click Add. Brands you already use on saved points are in the list too.
  2. Fill in what you know: What it offers, Who it's for, How it sounds, A post as this brand, Another post and Hashtags it uses. Empty fields fall back to your own Voice. Everything saves as you type.
  3. In Compose, switch to post and pick the brand under voice at the top of the pedal. The next draft is written as that brand. A brand without a voice yet shows as "(no brand voice yet)".

The sample posts count most: Riff copies their voice and their shape, so paste one or two of the brand's best posts. Your own Voice has the same two fields for posts, A post you wrote and Another post Set up your Voice. Remove deletes a brand voice after a second click on Remove voice?. Brand voices are part of your backup Back up and restore.
