Insert couldn't reach the post box

Symptom

After Insert, a message says Open the post box on LinkedIn again (and click into it), then press Insert., or that the box couldn't be reached and the draft is copied.

The post box had closed: open it, click in, and insert again.

Riff fills the post box you started in. If that box has closed, or the site redrew it, Riff can't find it, so it copies the draft for you.

  1. Open the post box again (Start a post, "What's on your mind?", "What is happening?!" or Write a caption…) and click into it.
  2. Press Insert again.
  3. Or paste with Ctrl/⌘+V: when Insert fails, the draft is already on your clipboard.

For a first message the message reads Open that new message on LinkedIn again, then press Insert. If it keeps happening on one site, copy diagnostics and include them when you ask for help A conversation isn't picked up.
