Read, write, check, polish

Explainer

For anyone curious what happens between Enter and the draft. Every riff goes through four stages on your computer, and a draft that misses is rewritten quietly, up to twice.

Read, write, check, polish. A draft that misses goes back round.
  1. Read. Gemini Nano reads the post, or the conversation from the other person's side, and notes the topic, their mood, what they want, one detail worth picking up, how naturally a pitch fits, the best play and the best link. That's the card in What Riff reads before it writes.
  2. Write. A session primed with your Voice and dials writes the reply. Each spin gets a different opening move (react to a detail, agree then add, a sharp observation, a tip, name the problem, a question, a reframe, a joke, empathy) and is told to avoid the openings you've used lately.
  3. Check. The draft must fit the site's limit, skip your Never say list and read as new next to your pasted point and your last 60 replies.
  4. Polish. Labels, wrapping quotes, hashtags and em dashes come out, the Emoji switch is enforced, any link the model invented is removed, and your link goes where you asked. The panel shows Polishing… for this step.
