A conversation isn't picked up

Fix
Symptom

You opened a chat on LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram and the panel still shows a post, or nothing.

Click into the chat's message box and the panel switches to the conversation.
  1. Click into the conversation's message box once. Riff reads the conversation when the box has focus, or when you click the wave button next to it.
  2. Give it a moment, then click Re-read the post on screen.
  3. On Facebook, use facebook.com (a pop-up or facebook.com/messages); messenger.com isn't covered yet. On Instagram, use the desktop site's inbox or the Messages pop-up on the feed.
  4. Still nothing? Open Voice, click Copy diagnostics and paste the report into your message to support. It lists what Riff sees on the tab as counts, with no post or message text.
