Nudge someone who hasn't answered

For anyone whose last message in a chat went unanswered.

Your message was last, so Riff drafts a nudge that's easy to answer.
  1. Open the conversation and click into the message box. The panel labels your message Your last message (no reply yet, Riff writes a follow-up).
  2. Press Enter. Riff writes a short, friendly follow-up that gives them an easy reason to answer, without repeating what you already said.
  3. To steer it, add a point first: "offer Thursday instead", "ask if they saw the proposal", "keep it to one line".
  4. Click Insert into message and press Send or Enter.
